Parent Consultation for School‑Related Concerns

Schools play an enormous role in children's academic, social, emotional, and psychological development. At times, parents may find themselves uncertain about how to interpret school feedback, respond to concerns, advocate effectively, or think through challenges affecting their child's experience.

I work with parents to better understand school-related concerns and to develop thoughtful, developmentally informed approaches to responding to and supporting their children academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.

My Approach

My approach is informed by more than two decades of experience working both within schools and in private practice. Having worked closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators across a range of school settings, I understand both the developmental needs of children and the institutional dynamics that often shape school experiences and school decision-making.

Consultation is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the specific concerns, developmental stage, and school context of each child and family.
